News. “FARM WATCH THEFTS Please be aware over the last 3 days
Sussex police have received 4 reports of 4X4 Landover’s
being stripped of parts, including seats. Bumpers, lights etc. These have
occurred in the Lewes district area. Please take the necessary security
measures to minimise the risk of this happening to
you. If possible keep your 4x4 out of sight from main roads and make use of a
garage if you have one. It may be an idea to keep the vehicle
near to your property. Stripping the vehicle of parts must take a while and
will make some noise in doing so, thieves are less likely to carry this out
next to the owners dwelling.” And to
further note “Please also keep your eyes open for anyone
who appears with a good set of knobbly 235/85R16 Fedima diamond pattern tyres on black 8 spoke rims. We
